Now basically,
all of us have an idea of how to drop weight, don’t we?
Why is it that we find it
so hard?
Each and every diet plan on the
market,
in spite of how fantastic it is
won't work without one
very important ingredient,
Commitment!
Unfortunately that isn't something we
can purchase from
the shop,as mentioned in
Fit Yummy Mummy Review,
that I'm afraid to say,
is one thing that people should give ourselves, and
without one,
every single diet plan that you
attempt definitely will fail.
There are several good
diet plans around and one
diet plan that fits a person will not totally match another.
Therefore you could find that you and your
closest friend are
going to begin a diet together, your friend
may be going great guns and
dropping pound after pound,
yet you,
are not. It’s
discouraging;
however it’s
a fact of life that we are all
created differently.
For me personally I don’t
advise diets as such.
As soon as you limit your calories,
one's body will believe that there is a food shortage, and
it will go deep into starvation mode. Once in
hunger mode,
it'll decelerate your
metabolic rate to conserve
calories.
The thing is the body have been programmed from way back
that whenever there is no
supply of food, we had to
hunt our food so our
meals weren't consistent. The
metabolic process regulates the use of our calories
to make sure that in
periods of food
shortage; we would not waste away and
go without food.
Currently in this
era,as mentioned in
Fit Yummy Mummy Review,
there's always food
at hand;
but our bodies are unaware of this.
When you miss a meal
your body will go on
hunger alert and slow that
metabolic rate all the way down,
meaning the next time you eat,
the body is going to hang
on to those calories and
keep as much of them as it
can as fat.
So, what’s
the solution?
There's been tons of
investigation and in my
point of view the way
forward is this:
To maintain your metabolic process ticking over at
a regular rate,
you have to eat regular meals,
regular small meals
every 2.5 -
3 hours,
try to include
protein in these
foods (meat,
preferably lean meat i.e. chicken, turkey, tuna)
since protein doesn’t shoot your
blood sugar right up and
plummet it
back down as
sweet foods would.
Maintain your daily calories to a
standard level, (
check out your
most suitable consumption online somewhere).
The next part is something
that you aren't specifically going to
desire,
however, it’s
the only method forward, you
should Exercise!!
You may need cardio workouts 3-4 times
a week for
around 40 minutes at a time,
and also important,
you should do weight training exercise, as the more
muscle you have, the more fat you
burn. Ladies don’t
panic,
that does not mean that you
need to look like Arnie,
but you'll need muscle tone,
not to mention the more you have, the more
body fat you will burn,
even when you are sleeping!
Have A Great Time!
